What is the interview culture at LM? Is it typical to have excessive (5+) interviews for a leadership role?

More firings for sure - masked as pip processes in a clumsy fashion and
to avoid paying severance. I am in one now!
The extensive and complex interview process does not equal hiring the best.
There are going (not if) more Layoffs coming for Liberty Mutual, and everyone else; during 2025/2026/.
Liberty Mutual has an excessive interview process for even call center roles. It is extremely hard to get a job there.
