It's like going back to Y2K

Good thing we have Bain that will charge us to tell them the problems we know so they then can create a theoretical solution that they can also charge for, then, after collecting even more fees with entry level B school consultants, pass the recommendations onto a partner who will recommend the solution and then management will participate in costly off site retreats to discuss it further, resulting in

A theoretical leader Asking the Avaya employee to do what they can to fix it with no budget and no resources.
