This video is the most accurate description of DXC core values. They should play it at all Town Holes and Analysts meetings. Listen to the words very very accurate as if the senior person at DXC has written it.
Even some of the lower layer managers are talking this strategy, thinking the rest are stupid.
Unfortunately nothing seems to have changed with the new leader in place.
I guess there's only a couple if years left for the thing to collapse totally so won't matter in the end.
Great song. The whole org is full of it. We all know there's no pay rises, no bonuses, no prospects of a better projects. We're a legacy IT company supporting legacy organisations into the grave. The game is, make everything last as long as possible, while trying not to let you so called colleagues drive you mad or throw you under a bus for kicks.
