If leadership was halfway competent at planning products people wanted to buy, they wouldn't need to be so damn worried about cutting costs to boost profitability.
When the job markets turn around, they will be in for a rude awakening. The exodus of talent isn't just going to hit the US teams, Indians are renowned for job hopping every year or two for higher pay. And the cycle of sh-t continues.
Some posted US based jobs are now having a stipulation of 30 days, in office, per quarter. Looks like they are going to hit any and all of the remote teams in the next round or two of layoffs. Not a surprise.
Everything goes to India. This is not a news to anyone.
