Is anybody really surprised at the rumors that more layoffs are coming? I’m not. We have been going downhill fast for a while. This latest batch of cuts made me reconcile with the fact that I will be departing this place soon. And good for me, and any of us to be laid off, really. This company with this mgmt has no future. None of us should be associated anymore with a failure.

To the commenter who posted that Windstream experience on a resume is a minus... I can't say for certain but I think you're right. Had an off the cuff conversation with a competing company's director about an opening he had. Seemed enthused - till he got the resume.
Never would've thought that work experience could work AGAINST the person.
When is the last growth opportunity we have seen in the past 10 years? MPLS, VoIP, SDWAN, UcaaS?

We have been on a slippery slope for years, no growth only losses.
WS on your resume is a minus. when they scan it and see that keyword, goes into the bit bucket.
