Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Tried USAA Auto for 2 days - Cancelling Again

A Few Days back with USAA Auto.

Paid a super premium for privilege of returning.

7+ Bugs noted along the way. Clearly limited technical QA all around.
IVR Voice and DTMF read fail on call in. Underqualified agent is not listening to what I'm saying and repeating back scripts.

I think I've had enough already. I remember this everything is broken but its ok because its Patriotism as a Service. Doesn't feel like a real company in a regulated industry.
