I know of 13 by name (people I worked with). I know of 7 more people that I never worked with, but heard from other employees that a JE occurred.
I want to hear from you, From 2023 until now, if you had to give a number... how many employees do you know were laid off?

Thankfully, my area hasn't been impacted at all but I know 1 person by name who was on a team with a close friend. My lead did mention that 1 person on our team "might" be JEed but only because most of the work she does is in support of the Medicare business.

Cigna retiree here. So sad to hear of everything going on. Back in the day the mantra was "go you". Sadly it seems to have changed to "you go".

I know 17 personally, but heard of about 6 more I had not worked with, but in orgs I work with daily.
About 20 I knew personally. When poking around ServiceNow, I was able to find about 400 in October, and 800 in February. The cuts have been brutal and Cigna is trying to stay out of the news by doing it in waves.

I know of about 15 or so. The only time I ever got notified my our leader is when an entire team was cut in half. It was a verbal update providing in a monthly all team meeting. Otherwise whenever someone is eliminated, I only find out because the employee reached out to me directly to let me know, or I found out the hard way when I reached out to them for something I needed.
