After outsourcing so much work there is less for us so now they can claim low productivity and fire you after only a verbal warning.. NO SEVERANCE.

Severance is only reserved for those "in the club". It is not meant for the little people (peasants) who do all the work. Those su-kers get nothing. Let them suffer without pay. The big boys at the top deserve all of the pay. You id--ts who work for this place deserve nothing but contempt by the CEO and his minions. Enjoy your miserable lives, peasants!
Get a job at Zilo...its basically SS&C MkII so many old-timers have made the switch to that gravytrain already :)
Just find another job and leave.. the company is shady AF and discriminates like a mo-o..
