What a waste of an entire organization's software talent for 2.5 years so Callie and Mike could show the world T-Mobile's Senior Leadership Team was diverse.
Absolutely pathetic leadership from Mike on the hiring and inability to fire that individual sooner.

Everything Marcus East touched turned to cr-p, whether it was R2D2, web, mobile apps, or T-Mobile 4 business. It’s amazing he was allowed to mess up for more than year (this is on Mike S. and Callie).
He turned once talented people into the Latina poster child or ruined their character (Abigail Franco) or ruined other great careers like Waqar, Adam, and Kevin Lau. What a waste of an individual.

Amdocs has been a vendor with TMO since the Voicestream Wireless merger with DT. Amdocs provides the entire postpaid billing system from Front End Account Management thru Collections

Amdocs has been awful since Magenta brought them on. Was the first of "firing" TMO employees who were sketchy at best and then having Amdocs take them on.
Remember, the expansion of Amdocs was supposedly a Marcus East thing. I think it was a Mikey Thing. He only wants to manage a bunch of outsourced companies rather than people.
