WW wants to keep his pockets loaded with loads of cash . He will close every building and move it to China to keep his profits higher . Sadly the union executives are hanging out undrr WW desk daily doing whatever he wants

In 9 years at Corning the only thing I know for sure is communication is clearly not something they do well if at all. As far as Erwin closing, why wouldn’t they? Taxes in NY are sky high, union workforce costs more than non union, I believe the facility was built right after the flood of ‘72 and it’s in need of repairs. Wendell has already closed Decker, A building, C building and Big Flats is closing soon. I wish the Houghton’s were still alive to hear what they had to think about his performance. Sure we can blame Covid, the economy, whatever politicians we want but I’ve seen and experienced the waste and mismanagement this company does on a daily basis and at the end of the day Uncle Wendell oversees it all. In my opinion he has to own to some of this and yet I’ve never seen it. Our core values are a joke and we don’t “live them everyday around the world” like W.W. wants us to believe. But back to Erwin, Flora will be going to Blacksburg mostly (maybe some slightly in China), fire cut is going (confirmed in the news for May?) Think there is 5 or 6 kilns at Erwin but I believe we only use 2? So you basically are left with the Cook line. The firing schedule is very light for the year and although they might go back to a 7 day schedule for a while I’m sure that won’t last. If I had to guess, it’s to pad the inventory until we can free up capacity somewhere else. Thanks Uncle Wendell, I see you’ve once again earned every penny of your roughly $16,000,000 a year annual compensation.

What is the future of Erwin? Someone is saying it is just a TROLL and someone is saying it is REALITY. What is it exactly? Can someone elaborate? I don't believe ERWIN is closing soon.

Cook is going to China. Flora is going to Blacksburg. Erwin is indeed closing.

Congrats on trying to troll but I ACTUALLY was in a meeting about what is planned at Erwin. And in fact it's not what this goon is trying to stir up.
