Thread regarding F5 Networks Inc. layoffs

Who currently is the executive over the Human Resources organization at F5?

Who currently is the executive over the Human Resources organization at F5?

It appears that there is no longer a VP of Human Resources for the last couple of years or a Chief People Officer in the last year or so.

The other thing the original poster should know -- nearly all companies post their leadership to a webpage, and nearly all of them include their head of HR. So even if you got laid off or fired, you can keep tabs on leadership. Why would you do this? I don't know.

To the original poster (who says they won't see this):

You didn't identify yourself as a former employee in your initial post. So, naturally, some people are going to assume you're still an employee. It's not common for people to track HR leadership after they've left a company, so it's a reasonable assumption.

You could have simply responded, "I'm a former employee w/o access to internal org charts." and everyone would have understood. Instead, you decided to be overly dramatic. Maybe try to explain things before going there, your career will benefit.

I am the original poster of the question.

I do know how to use Outlook and have used it many times to determine the Organizational structure of F5.

There is a problem though.

I no longer have access/authentication privileges to access such information at F5. That was withdrawn from me as a result of the RIF some 11 months ago.

I made the mistake of believing that this was a "relatively safe" place. I should have known better. It is not. Whether the disrespectful and unkind replies have come from current F5 employees, former F5 employees like myself or just guests, it doesn't matter.

I will not be posting again, nor viewing other posts/replies going forward. You all win and please congratulate yourselves for a job well done.

“Don't you know how to use the org chart?”

Do we have employees at this company that can’t use Outlook’s feature to see who reports to who? No wonder we are struggling.

Take a class!

Thank you. Nice to know that she bills herself as a role model of "Human First" (whatever that means) and that a complete overall of F5 is in the works. Sigh.....

Are you concerned about DEI? Are you planning to report the RTO policy? Is the "human-first" ridiculously easy approach in danger? Is AI replacing engineers and solving all problems too fast?
