So does anyone know what the Layoffs look like for this year? I am hearing mixed things and wanted to compile some information. RTO factoring in etc.

Looking to leave as well and am checking positions every day. Had an offer in December that I turned down because I wasn't 100% comfortable with the fit, but looking back, I should've probably taken the chance to get out of this joke company.

Yup, they have ki-led the culture and the allure of this place.....sad to see, used to be such a great place to work. I know numerous coworkers with 10-20 yrs experience looking to jump ship and have started job searches in the last 2-3 months.
"Leadership", you reap what you sow, but they are too proud to admit any of their mistakes.
Word on the street is that DV will have its re-org and future direction announcement by the end of the month. Anyone's guess what it will entail. Unless management and middle management is flat out lying (which I wouldn't rule out), nobody seems to know what's on the horizon or they are keeping very tight lips.
Eccles moved the hand basket team to Digital Deceleration.
This place feels like its going to he-l in a hand basket.
They do give notice - “we are laying you off effective today. You don’t need to do anything else today. We will send you some releases to sign and then we will give you X weeks of pay to not sue us or say anything bad about us.”
Look at it as getting notice but not having to work through it, which I think would be more difficult.
If they are going to lay off people. They should just tell them in advance. Give that person some time to prepare. But that doesn't feel very likely.

If you are asking this question, you know the answer in your gut. Yes, there will be more layoffs… and people will be replaced by lower paid workers.
