On a bright note, we are cutting TCS by 20% and looking to grow Met emps by 5%. But this still means the same work with fewer people getting paid just enough to keep their gas tanks filled. I’m out of here.
Sadly it's the smart, hard workers being let go in favor of keeping the inept ones, for some sadistic reason....how this place hasn't already unravelled at the seams is beyond me....
