MetLife hires individual and groups of workers with intention to fire them; puts the workers through a planned process; makes unsupported performance allegations; fires them for these allegations; starts the process over again. Groups and roles have 100% turnover.

On a bright note, we are cutting TCS by 20% and looking to grow Met emps by 5%. But this still means the same work with fewer people getting paid just enough to keep their gas tanks filled. I’m out of here.
