For a week I have had error messages when I try to submit a post.
Is this related to censorship?

I've been banned here a lot
Just switch a device and you'll be fine. Most bans here are 7 days long, so if the system is banning you it'll clear in a week or so. I rarely post and if I have issues I do it on my phone which always works.
None of the voting buttons have worked for a week.
