Also been at Centene 10 years and the answer is a resounding NO!
It's a way to show how the folks in charge are "normal" people just like us. lol. Ignore our huge bonuses, the several houses we each own and the drivers we have for our cars.
The town halls are to show we are here for you and love the effort you put into our criminal insurance fraud disguised as healthcare.
It was a waste of time.
Townhall format needs to change immediately.
Focus has to be on membership growth, technological changes being made, better services being provided to members, employee perks added given the growing profitability etc
Does anything useful ever come out from a Centene Town Hall since London became CEO?
