It's best that we don't have objectives, since anything DF comes up with will lead to bankruptcy.
Agree with what is the point. The greedy execs are just going to rate the majority of the company down because they failed. You can either work yourself into the ground, or sit around nowvand still get the same below target rating because they have rigged the system against the workers.
Since they don’t use the performance reviews to decide who to fire, does it matter what your objectives are?
Well, good question. It's March 1st and all we've seen are the ojectives that have been shared in the Building Ford Blue, Industrial Platform, and quality all hands meetings ... basically nothing beyond our LL1's. We have an all hands later next week where our LL3 is going to discuss them with our entire department. They tell us we need to be better at hitting our target dates, yet we can't get our annual objectives nailed down until nearly the end of the 1st quarter. Funny thing is, our LL3 wanted us to complete our final review of our objectives in November last year until he got a lot of push back. That leaves us with what, 7. Maybe 8 months to technically work with actual objectives? Ford is a team full of primarily 3, 4, and 5 star players being led by a bad coaching staff. Until that changes, quality wins will be few and far between.

It's a sh-t show. You have groups pointing fingers at other groups. People don;t seem to know how to execute on things they have been doing for years. No wonder this company is losing money. It's like...what did you guys do last time you had to do with this? Well DO THAT. I don't understand. It's like you reach a certain point with people and they forget how to wipe their own rear ends and need everything done for them....and my objectives are tied to these people....
