Today’s Medicare org changes and promotions blew my mind. Some of the very same “leaders” who ruined this business are being promoted??? Is this a joke?
I used to work at another Medicare plan and can tell you that we have no clue how to run Stars or risk adjustment. It’s beyond embarrassing and Cigna leaves huge amounts of money on the table each year. We can’t even do the basics of running an MA plan right and these people who refuse to listen to their teams who have been telling them what needs to be fixed are getting promoted??? This is insanity.
