I worked for a good outfit within Windstream Company and there is no way I would ever go back to Windstream even if they offered me $200k, which they probably don't even have. They talk a big game but they deliver a very small game. I wouldn't believe the number they put up. I was hired with the intent of devops, but everything was already built out. Weird indeed. They layoffs of today where cr-p. I am way more skilled than what the job called for.
