A post on LinkedIn from a "Director - AI/ML" stating "Come join our India team. We're looking for talent at all levels." Another post from a "Product Manager" in India: "We have multiple job openings: If you are passionate about Data, Data Quality, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Cloud Architecture etc.., why wait apply immediately at the OPEN position given in this post."

Please, if you are still employed at Gainwell, read the writing on the wall...or in this case, the blatant recruitment messages on LinkedIn.

That’s correct OH there are still issues leading to penalties!

Trouble makers were/are people who are good as individual contributors got into leadership positions and make bad/worst managers/Directors. That causes bad leadership when such people without enough management experience start leading others and bring down the company due to their poor mgmt decisions.

Agree with one of the previous posts - don’t value this company and they treat employees as ‘use and discard’ trash!
3/31 mass layoff to start new fiscal year fresh is confirmed.
It is just a beginning to a series of layoffs until resource and $$$ numbers are reached.
Note - those earning high >175K, better watch out and plan your exit. You will be surprised in a few weeks.

This type of elimination is going to continue as things shift to India.

This means a smaller footprint in the US.

Along with that comes significant layoffs for US employees.

Continuing to work for GWT in the US means you have a high potential of being let go.

There are issues with ALL accounts including TN.

What are the specific issues with account XYZ? Too many to list here. And to list them isn’t helpful. The core issue is poor leadership. That isn’t going to change. And the results are going to be a failed company if they don’t sell and the buyer does an overhaul.

All this offshoring to India is just to get cheap labor. The quality will go down even more. But the leaders don’t care. It’s to get the balance sheet right. Then a sale will happen. That is unless the company goes under or goes bankrupt first.

Does anyone know what's happening on the TN account? Are we as bad as everyone is saying all the other accounts are? Not that it matters to me, because I've already started looking for another job because I'm not a fan of having my mouse clicks monitored despite me meeting all my deliverables, plus others.

As someone who worked in interchange for many years and was brought in to assist with the OH implementation I can tell you anyone who has worked in interchange could have told you the new product was not capable of handling what interchange could do. However, leadership ignored decades of experience and told us we had to move forward even though they were told the solution they proposed wouldn't work. Gainwell will continue to fail until it puts people back at the top that have done the work. The EDS way is dead and gone, very sad.

Re: what’s going on at Ohio.

The rumor I heard was that GW sold OH a “product” system as opposed to a traditional customized system. No doubt this was the brainchild of sales and efficiency experts.

Lo and behold the product did not meet Ohio’s business needs so they decided to put the whole thing up for bid again.

Just a rumor have no proof it is true.

Are you only worried about OH and CA?

Pretty much every account is failing.

One can deduce that the problem is company wide. Which logically points to poor leadership.

Continuing to force what you have always done only works if it was successful in the past. Forcing failing ways is resulting in failure. Pretty easy to see what is happening.

Any employee with eyes should be able to see that Gainwell is going to fail if it isn’t purchased.

Every account is having issues - not meeting SLAs, not delivering what was promised, not getting along with the client, etc.

Constant layoffs without explanation or communication.

Lies upon lies in the town hall meetings.

Finances in crisis.

Extremely poor treatment of employees.

Unethical and illegal business practices.

Losing more business than they are taking in.

Mad panic to hire as many as possible in India.

The writing is on the wall people. This company is sinking fast.

It should be obvious to all. There is zero reason to stay working if you want a career.

The only thing this company is good for is to grab a quick paycheck and get out.

I agree.

Choosing to stay working at Gainwell Technologies means you accept that your seniority can only be 3 years max. That all those old companies don't exist and that it is only Gainwell now. And that you could be laid off at any moment.

Choosing to stay working for an unethical company operated by a bunch of incompetent leaders means that you accept being just a number with zero value.

Msg from GW-India - whoever commented about ex-Molina and HMS was spot on! Greedy selfish total pile of cr-p describe the so-called experts who do nothing but secure their jobs and act as if they are suffering!!
Get lost - rest of us are paying to clean up after you in OH and other accounts…like we do to pick up doo-doos of our pets. Have some shame and integrity to resign now instead of wait for getting let go - remember you $$$ earned without integrity will be lost the same way! Just resign and give way to others!
