I thought PS would at least realize that this company is so middle management heavy that cuts would need to be in that level of organization. However today proved he is as smart as TT as still same worker bee layoffs vs no doers cut.

When I worked there a few years ago, the middle management peeps were always griping because the layer above them would come up with ideas and then force the lower management guys to carry out the manipulations and write reports. The reports were then weeded out by a secretary of some kind and the layer up took all the credit. Guessing just a fact of salary life-always chasing a bigger bonus. Isn’t that why the got college degrees? To chase bonuses! Only by the grace of God was able to get out of there because the company I work for now told me in my interview that they were happy to have me. Grabbed a 12% raise and never looked back
You can’t cut the puppets. Who else is going to talk up their buddies?
