CNBC: Ransomware group Blackcat is behind cyberattack

“We are actively working to understand the impact to members, patients and customers,” said Change Healthcare, which is owned by UnitedHealth.

Who’s willing to bet the security division doesn’t have the right people?

Sorry folks, a self thought system administrator promoted through the ranks is no match for for the adversary.

There is another aspect of EIS at Optum got RIF just 1 week prior. This org does not discriminate when it comes down to RIF to show artificial profits.
The execs LOVEs to play the merry go round - blame games when ready to RIF- starting with outsource/offshore. When that failed repeat the play book.. the once were good hires eventually become “liability” - higher pay. This never happened at the execs level - the sh$t always go downstream ..sadly
