Any Centene employee can attend the town halls in the Clayton Auditorium. No one shows up unless there’s a ticket promotion. The January meeting was packed because NHL tickets were offered; hence, many empty seats yesterday with no giveaway.

Sarah did mention the cyber attack, mainly as an aside. No details were made available.

Building C (7676 Forsyth Boulevard, Clayton, MO) is still owned by Centene. I believe all 27 floors have been leased to Chase Bank, Contemporary Productions, and the Saint Louis Club. The other 2 buildings in the complex house the corporate offices and spaces for employees to use for conference rooms and unassigned work offices (most Saint Louis employees work from home).

Wondering if that Amisys outage this past Monday was part of that cyber attack....I am waiting for it to happen. It takes just one employee that they have sc--wed over one too many times to bring the whole system down. In my day it was called "going postal". It's weird because I completely shut down my work laptop every single night and this morning when I connected to the vpn and logged in my time clock was open - when I know for a fact I closed every single application out. They treat these meetings like a wanna be celebrity side show. What the he-l do you need an audience for and a sound stage? I can see exactly where that $165 billion in revenue is going and that is the C-Suite EGO. And yeah the town hall is and has always been a waste of time - the last ones I remember being worth anything was when Niedorf was still alive and I wasn't a huge fan of his either.

It’s blowing my mind that they haven’t talked about the Change Healthcare cyber attack, since Change Healthcare (though I believe they’re now called Lyric) is one of out major vendors.

Also, who are all these people who attend these town halls in person? I’m assuming you have to be a VP level or higher to attend?

How is that Tower of Babel, the beautiful tall new building complex in Clayton, MO? Is it packed with people?
