Customer, Employee, Supplier, “Partner”… it would seem that any relationship with xerox ultimately becomes a difficult situation?

HCL is terrible at financial management. Both Billing and AR are absolutely terrible. Xerox Delivery and Sale needs to be constantly involved to protect customers and protect revenue collection for Xerox. The offshore HCL employees performing these jobs lack the skill set needed. So many people involved to fix errors.
They were absolute fools to outsource, including offshoring to HCL, TCS, WiPro & others. It may have cost less, but it seriously compromised quality & timely deliverables as it did for countless other Fortune 500 companies.
