WFS is on the way on March 3rd. This is another way for management to control employees life and time, with a bonus of writing them up. It is also designed to take away time off. Lumen just wants to rid the company of tenure employees

You know the program is a mess when the managers who go to WFM training leave even more confused than before they went. You need a wizard to determine if how and when your going to be required to use WFM. Exceptions and conditions apply here here and also here but not here, unless it's a leap year or a full moon on a monday.
This is just a glimpse into why Lumen is a struggle.
7sick days, 2 demand personnel days, 40hrs of Arizona sick and safe., per year. Plenty of time off plus vacation. Thank you my union. Not worried about another program that won’t work.
Employees are put on are scheduled and not everyone working at the company are open 7/24 and need coverage. It will prevent some people from taking time off when they want. Everyone does not do the same job around here. I wonder if the ones coming up with WFS know that sometimes.
Explain how this is gonna take away time off?

Is that the replacement for clarity that some are moving to?
