Maybe for the Vonage Crew coming over in droves!

New HR Leader on Deck is the ex-Vonage head of HR. Not even HR can be objective and independent. It also must be slanted and part of the old crew! Why push REPEAT on Vonage Strategy? Why not devise a plan that works for the unique nature of a long-term, legacy organization during unique economic times? Vonage was a start-up that pivoted strategy. Avaya is the furthest thing from a start-up! This isn't a strategy. This is lazy business leadership!

*And SS Unethical General Counsel remains. Nothing smells like a con more than keeping your criminal head of legal and internal controls on for "Special Projects"!

I guess this is why head of HR is no more.
Imagine having to be head of HR through such a public bankruptcy and horrendous redundancies just to be pushed out so CEO can hire a friend? Yet SS is still going strong. Bullocks.
