… if you
- have no career aspirations
- want to stagnate

Funny how one calls out Boomer generation when the Millennial have got to be the worst who want to be the highest wage and do little to earn it. Lazy, pampered babies... who believe they're smartest one in the room with zero experience.
Followed by Zoomers who's purpose in life is iPhone and gaming.
Bright future......Lol
Now thats called company culture as per the boomer executives
@1efn+1rijNAOS this is exceedingly true
I can tell you one thing. People tend to not be as arrogant as a 1st response if they are in physical proximity to others. The tendency to avoid confrontation, make snooty remarks, or otherwise treat people poorly is less likely in my opinion if people cannot be 100's of miles away. This obviously varies..but in terms of collaboration, physical presence makes a difference. Being remote adds a layer of perceived detachment for those that would think about / but otherwise wouldn't treat others disrespectfully if they were in office.
If you hate working at Ford, leave.
Why do you think they want us to RTO? People must have run out of backstabbing ideas. Without RTO, newbies can't move up because there are no veterans to "collaborate" with.
Out of respect for myself I would find another job... Why would anyone stay at a company like that???
The moral at Ford is so bad. No one cares to do any work. Always blaming others for things gone wrong.
@sgf, Amen to that
I mean...what's the point of this post...if you need a shrink or a career coach...go find one. What does venting here actually get you? If you see an issue with your employment then fix it. Are you waiting for someone on here to tell you what to do? Good luck with that.
LOL, sounds just like what the culture was when I left GM!
or inspired to destroy the whole company.....
or nevermind, those in the executive team is doing this already
