Thread regarding Lumen Technologies layoffs

Dare to lead

The only thing Dare to lead is good for is to rid the company of millions and make the author millions. I would hate to see how much money was spent for two venues, one of which they had to spend money to clean up a garage and fill potholes and the other a convention center. None of this money saved a single customer, but it gave a lot of SRO, MRO and other managers the chance to su-k up, some more then others

Talent Management is the epicenter of Dare to Lead. My take is that it is an overpaid, under qualified team contributing little to support us while waving the DTL banner, shoving this s___t down our throats. Core job: schedule book studies, handle logistics for these evangelism crusades.

Amen. Profanity from a "so called" leader speaks volumes. Only a fool would have so little self-control that they would risk alienating a potentially productive team or reader with something as simple a foul language. In a previous life, I worked offshore after graduating from high-school. I swore I would never work in such a negative environment full of filth, profanity and endless amount of po-nography again. I paid for college to escape it, assuming that "professionals" would at least know better and behave themselves socially in the workplace. Our last department lead at Lumen lasted about 2 months before her mouth showed her the door. So sad and incredibly disappointing. They are either too arrogant, childish, or stupid to know better.

Dare to lead is such a filthy book loaded with swear words. If it was written for 2nd or 3rd graders how horrible. I suppose this is the way these big shots talk all time. Who can respect them.

You can’t come from a technology company and expect to change a telecom into one unless you know telecom. 5 years at Microsoft doesn’t qualify you as a technology queen.

DTL is a bunch of presumptous bullsh-t. written at a 3rd grade level to an audience of mo--ns. it would be funny but people are stupid enough to believe that the author knows anything about leading.

We had plenty of money to pay for DTL and all the money spent for the Denver idol worship event, but the corporate bonus payout only 83%.

I don't care, really. I'm getting 0% due the worst review I've ever had in the 10 years I've been with this company. Loved getting Anna's letter about STI thanking me for my hard work and contributions, but you get sh*t. Really? I'm so bad that I'm still working here and still contributing. Really?

DTL is worthless cr-p and obvious nepotism on display.

Hey B I was picked to lead this company although I don't know anything about running a company or how to hire executive leaders, but I'm gonna have them all go thru your program, it will be a sweet deal for you.

Oh K... God damn it you're the best fu--ing useless piece of sh-t BFF that a foul mouthed bi--h could ever want!

two vile nasty women.
