These past week has be hectic T-Mobile is firing people left in right basically a massive layoff agenda. First they started with representatives then coaches and lastly with managers. Sad to see what T-Mobile has become seems like there is no sympathy for their employees. All because reps were following a policy where is clearing stated that bank accounts payments can't take up to 72 banking hours everyone is getting in trouble for even mentioning this to help out customers stay connected. So disappointing to see this can't believe this is happening. Any updates in other centers

Sounds like someone didn’t take Integrity 366 training and is being let go for cause.
Nothing I’ve been made aware of in Salem. Are these layoffs or people getting fired? There is a difference. Are they getting laid off with severance, if so sign me up.
It is cr-ppy though the company doesn’t want to give customers any info about payment processing times and grace periods for missed payment arrangements.
