Geico only gave .64 cent raise. I was very happy with my Allstate’s raise.

"as they said 5.5%" - yeah that's how math works sweetie. 5.5% is an above average merit increase, certainly higher than the company average and pretty good no matter where you work. If you're worth more, work somewhere else.
