A new phase has been adopted by the leadership team where a position approval process will take effect. I suspect that this is another way to shed some staff. I wonder how the leadership team would like if their position needed to be approved. Utterly ridiculous.

Position approval has always been in place. It’s the step where execs with no knowledge or accountability decide not to open a position which would either fill a contractually obligated role, or would be a revenue generating position. Happens everywhere in except India where they hire anyone without much in
Would be a good idea that way all the freeloaders are off boarded. Too much excess luggage to carry. This company cannot take this.
