@tml, You are paid what you are worth. If you cost more, then your job would have been offshored already too. No one forced you to work at Ford for the salary you do. You fix, don’t expect Jim and Bill to.

You are not accepting the reality of what Jim and Bill are doing. They are offshoring every job that can possibly be offshored. Many of the jobs should not be offshored but it is happening anyway. It appears that they don't care; they will yell and intimidate an LL to fix the problem. Sometimes, it is too late to "fix the problem". Any LL's on here who have been subject to this type of management style? Who has been subjected to Jim's stare?

Ok, now that you are honest about yourself, we can work on this. Seriously, so much negative stuff I read on here I hope is from trolls, otherwise it’s just a bunch of whiners that will complain wherever they work.
Personally, I like Jim and Bill’s management style, yes they have made some mistakes and they are costly, but they are progressive and suffer from bad timing more than pointing in the wrong direction.
I hope this webpage returns to real layoff rumours and helps those of us who are genuinely worried about their jobs because they want to stay. Not a bunch of Russian trolls trying to get people riled up.
