They badly underpay their employees. Go to a smaller or commercial carrier and you’re almost guaranteed to get 15 to 20 percent more.
I didn't realize how underpaid I was until a recruiter reached out to me. Accepted an offer for the same position at a top 3 insurer and will earn 27% more. I definitely do not feel that Allstate values my work based on what they pay. After 5 years I have consistently felt that Allstate views Claims as an expense to minimize, nothing more
There were definitely raises. It's actually difficult to get 0%. But thanks for letting us know what kind of employee you are. Take care!
You raise the bar/lead the way but go online to complain? You are erratic and not a steady performer. If it does not make sense to you, talk with your manager.
OP... That would be incorrect.
How does one get raises the bar/ leads the way but a lower percentage than last year at expected. Make it make sense.
Barely treading water once you factor in inflation.
3% here
Not true. Mine was 4%.
Average company allotment was 3.8%
Some may get an increase, most won’t. As a consequence, it will kickoff the start of mass exodus 2.0, biggest onshore bye bye since 2020.
