They badly underpay their employees. Go to a smaller or commercial carrier and you’re almost guaranteed to get 15 to 20 percent more.

I didn't realize how underpaid I was until a recruiter reached out to me. Accepted an offer for the same position at a top 3 insurer and will earn 27% more. I definitely do not feel that Allstate values my work based on what they pay. After 5 years I have consistently felt that Allstate views Claims as an expense to minimize, nothing more

You raise the bar/lead the way but go online to complain? You are erratic and not a steady performer. If it does not make sense to you, talk with your manager.
