Well if you have internal job alerts set up, you can see how roles are being affected.
Several different teams, mostly Maintenance, P&T, some of OPS. They are targeting areas that have had low ROI for any projects completed. They also appear to be after areas that have redundant roles. Rumor out of the east is JG 5 and up are re-applying for their roles.
@lvlo+1rhnY5B5 Which team in Canada?
Looking like Canada is finally hearing its numbers. around 200. fun times ahead.
Sounds like some C&P departments got hit that week. All FTE
North America is in for a rough ride with McKinsey being the consulting firm brought in for the re-org.
Just Curious - if you’d been the one evaluating staff for redundancy, would you have picked the same 10?

But sometimes, real contributors are let go. Was that the case in your group?
FTEs or contractors?
Really unfortunate. Which department was this and which location?
