Last year I was exceeds and got a 5% raise and this year 3.5. How am I getting less when my performance hasn't decreased? Guess it's about to now. My performance will start reflecting my raise amount from now on. You give me less, I give you less. You give me more, I give you more.

How can we figure out if our salary is capped or not? And with all the money the company is saving by hiring offshore, why can’t we get a raise??

Bonus was eliminated last year for my grade level. Exceeded on review this year but no raise as I maxed out in range. Good news is I was just offered a job with Molina and accepted. Wish you all the best as I walk away from 8 years with Centene.

Is the 2.75% increase for the qualifying Salary M and higher with the bonus or without? Did those that qualified for a bonus also get a high salary increase? I haven’t received my increase % but also don’t qualify for bonus.

Anything under the federal cost of living adjustment (COLA) of 3.2% is just a slap in the face.

I had my yearly review but it didn’t indicate any raises. How can I check to see if I don’t qualify or do qualify?

Also these raises are so pathetic. How is it possible that anything below a dollar is considered a raise like ????? Wtf

What if I don't want to move to a higher role. Perhaps I really enjoy what I do and as my review states, I exceed. I should be penalized and not get a raise. Whoever wrote that comment is really sad. Total lack of empathy.

If you are capped due to salary, move to a higher level role. The company won’t pay more for the function unless the broader market demands it.

Our ranges are so wide anyway that if you’re capped, you’ve been in one place for far too long.

I also exceeded and was told that the policy changed this year. Salary is capped as I am at the max.I have been with the company 12 years. I count on this money to pay my tax bill each year. Now I need to figure out how to pay it.This is how the company treats loyal staff. I will be looking for a new job and I let my manager know that also. This was after he told me how much I was valued. Why not just give me the HR talking points and save your breath. You cannot treat people like this!!!

No companies are hiring that use Centene's claims system. You need to learn Facets to be competitive.

So I exceeded in every area (and have since the day I was hired almost 4yrs ago) - surpassed CPH, 100% Quality, 100% Financial and No Audit Errors - my reward 3% "raise" Barely making ends meet and I will tell you my hourly rate is now $22.61 (with the 3%) - so thanks for that whole $.65 cents an hour - $1352 by the end of the year which isn't even a third of my rent for the month. I really think salary transparency these days are an absolute must. Not that it will make a difference since Centene absolutely dies not entertain asking for a raise. I have spent my time doing the jobs of my leads with no offer of promotions/raises. Now I am having to pick up the slack for all of the employees they fired - and now expected to work other states claims because of their transition into shared services. I have been applying out and interviewing. Can't say the grass will be greener on the other side but this place is not worth it.

My entire review exceeds and significantly exceeds expectations, but I don’t qualify for a raise because I am at capped salary.
