My thoughts:
(1) I don't understand how C1 keeps ranking in top diverse companies and I don't trust these awards they keep touting
(2) If you're coming from a diverse background, never come here to work
(3) I hope that more people see this information on socials and stop being customers to Capital One
If you are familiar with college applications, there are folks in HR and Communications that carefully craft applications and submissions for awards like “best place to work” etc …
Agree! Talent does not get you far in this company.

If you are E. *ndian you need a godfather and join a clique. That's how this company is organized. Little cliques everywhere. You don't need too much skills or talent - just *u-k up and keep *ucking.
