Let's go! Great music to start with. Good music to be laid off to.

CN is a robot. You didn’t know that? He’s one of the early prototypes Chevron put out years ago to tweak and perfect to ultimately replace our human management. It wasn’t but a year a two ago that CN received a software upgrade to make his eyes blink more naturally. You may be fooled into thinking he has enough points to ride off into the sunset, but noooo! This one AI robot, as vintage as it is, has the battery power to run for another 100 years.

I don't go to or listen to any of these townhalls. You get no real information and end up leaving frustrated. It's all smoke and mirrors for the simply minded. I got other things to do and suggest that other should do the same.

Quite disappointing line of leaders... they don't think clearly and there are no original thoughts. Keep in mind, this is what they had to say after many hours of prep by their staff and their review of that prepared material.
CTC will be outsourced. EB had an opportunity to make a difference. Instead she was absent the entire time she was at the helm of ctc. At the end they promoted her despite her failure to make a difference. Keep in mind when central groups go to India and many ctc people lose their jobs, when that time comes, EB is to blame, not BK.

Great music to start with, you say? I heard something subliminal in my head that sounded like the opening song to the original “Jaws” movie.

Why is CN such a robot. Does he not enough points to ride off in the sunset? AW speaks with confidence.

BK meets the criteria: tall and has hair => hipo. Actual talent not required as with most cvx leaders.

What is so special about BK? He seems to be just throwing random thoughts out that don’t add up to any kind of real thought or strategy.

Is there not one leader who can speak without reading every word. Embarrassment.

The best thing that ever happened to this LT was Covid providing cover for the disaster of transformation

Shockingly flaccid. They have no plan. Or clue. Eye opening actually.

The chart shows Chevron is downward since 2018, oh wait that is the Year MW took the helm of leadership and implemented his changes year after year, I guess that is pretty telling who is responsible for this downward trend or is it the employees?
