Word circulating as everyone is getting their annual reviews is there is going to be no raises this year! Anyone else hear this? So sounds like we’re repeating the same BS that TT did!

Georgia ops still got their 8% as promised which is bullsh-t. They should have let them unionize then lay off all their as--s f they wanted to save money
The zero to one percent raise has been the standard since bankruptcy for a LOT of groups already. Guess other departments finally getting some W love it sounds. Maybe to make up for it PS will order pizzas and ice creams bars.
Welcome to quiet firing. Employers make employees uncomfortable, they look elsewhere, and then leave.
Lots of union contracts are up this year. I’m sure the 2% yearly raise won’t cut it this time around especially after seeing that horrendous health insurance offering. Strike season is here.
Great way to retain employees!
Oh, I'll bet the union guys get a raise because it's in the contract. We should unionize this whole place.
I chuckle when I hear the management cry about not getting yearly raises. What they forget is the have a nice new company issued vehicle they use to drive back and forth to work and then use it on the weekends for personal use. Add up all that savings - that’s a nice yearly raise if you ask me especially considering the inflation cost.
We are still waiting to hear in my department but would not be surprised if its zero since budgets are being cut heavily all over.
My manager told me that raises were in the works for us in field operations, but hadn't been finalized.
