As other posters have already mentioned, one Employer's (JPMorgan Chase) trash is another Employer's (Citi's) treasure. There are JPMC employees who were either ostracized, marginalized or not promoted for years 10+ years, but were able to snag a job in Citi with a better title and salary. Someone mentioned a JPMC VP who could Not get promoted for 15 years, but Lo and Behold, got a new job at Citi as a Director ! ROTFLMFAO !

I’m sure they did throw a mountain of cash at him. We can afford it after we just let a bunch of people go to pay for Jane’s raise. We can just lay some more people off to pay for his sign on bonus. I mean….DUH!!!!

Bill Gates was a founder not a banking exec. Being a founder and in technology almost requires you to be a good learner to succeed.

Do you think having connections in corporate banking is equivalent to that?

If you go by degrees, Bill Gates is also a college drop out. There is hard work and dedication behind everyone’s career achievement, which is beyond what a college degree can teach. Right place at Right time is also important, but not completely without handwork.

Fyi, everyone at JP is riding the franchise. Vis is not a talent, just was at the right place at the right time.

The guy was ostracized at JP during the last restructuring hence why he jumped ship. Uni Mumbai and Uni Aston - that tells everything about mental abilities. I bet his main strength is brown-nosing.
