Still they are working on restoring the systems. In this call, they did not mention about shutting down the system, or am I missing something?

You are missing nothing; the communication is poor and scant.
what group used that suspect software with the Shutdown or patch Critical Alert Monday? That company said CHC was not a direct licensing client.
