There is a RIGHT WAY to reduce staff: Follow Ford’s process of evaluating an employee’s performance, give them a chance to get it right, and only afterwards, the company can fire them.
That’s NOT what Ford does.

Except that’s not what they do. They layoff the highest paid (which usually translates to higher performers) and throw in a few others for diversity.
So, 100% of Model e is going, not just 25%.
