Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Remove the bonus and most will quit Dell

Seems like 99% of employees are hanging around at Dell for a hefty bonus.

If Dell shareholders are wanting to reduce accrued payroll and capex why aren't they reducing or removing the bonus?

Will there be upcoming changes where only hybrid workers who are in the office qualify for the bonus and remote workers will no longer qualify?

Hefty bonus? You people are so out of touch.
It's all about RSUs and salary.
The idea of year end dangling carrot is so dated. Notice they keep on adding modifiers to reduce your bonus. We are up to 3 modifiers now.

If you are serious about $$ incentives you would not be at dell.

Bonus was the only way I could rationalize staying at Dell given the poor salary adjustments. I agree remove it and many will leave if they can find another job (which seems to be a challenge in this environment).
