I have been with the company almost 10 years. My MAP review was cr-p this year, goals are not attainable and then when you bring up concerns throughout the year about job processes you are ignored. I really enjoy the work that I do but do not enjoy working for the company. I have struggled lately even the thought of logging into my computer.

merit tops out at 3%. to keep long term costs off the books. oldest accounting trick in the toolkit. If you get any money its always in the bonus since a one time charge and not long term liability. Been this way for 15 yrs. Only way to make money used to be as a shareholder but the ESOP lookback is no more and the discount has been reduced ;(

Merit was 1.5 % and RRP overall was about 50% of target (target is 15% and I received 8%). GL 29. This is horrible. Any other GL 29's willing to share?

Last year RRP was funded at 90% and this year it was funded at roughly 65% so if you only have last year to compare too then yeah it's terrible, but last year was the anomaly not this year. This I'd say this is more typical, 60%-80% funding. It's never 100%. Never. HR should stop saying that it is when people are hired. It's up to X% of your salary.

Yes, being new to a team puts you at a 3 automatically. I wouldn’t be concerned. You should expect that for the next few years.

My team is 26 page grade and it seems everyone got 1.5% increase in pay and a $750 bonus. This is about half of what we typically get

New to my team but have years at the org. Should I be concerned about a 3 MAP rating? After years of 4/5 on other teams. Is it true that new to the org/new to a team are automatically given a 3?

I am a 28 my bonus was 95% this year roughly about $6,000. My raise was 3% putting my annual salary just pennies over 100k a year. This was less than half of what I received last year.
