Have people who requested the VRIF been told their last day? Are some VRIF people already gone? Any idea how many people took the VRIF offer?

I am still waiting to hear if my vrif has been accepted. I have gotten no feedback from HR or my manager. Was thinking that I would be told same time they do the irif?
The issue is too many people have ask for vrif and so In the uk for Instance the hr department is swamped looking at the options of who wants to go vs where they want to take out departments... no one
has been told anything and so none of them have left yet
I don't think they have told anyone yet. A person on our team requested the VRIF and has only gotten a 'thank you for putting your name on the list' reply email - she has not even told our manager that she requested, and I don't think he even knows she put her name on the VRIF list yet???
Some VRIF gone and IRIF gone. VRIF end dates are negotiated. You are not "told".
