If you're on the fence about walking away, let me tell you that I don't know a single person who quit and regretted it. I know because I've been considering leaving and I've been asking around. People who left my team in the last year are all thriving in their new jobs. The grass is greener elsewhere.

The health insurance space overall can be a bad place to work. Sure some companies are higher paying, but it can be a grind especially if you work a production job.
Just remember, the best time to look for a job is when you currently have one. Keep your head down while you look for other opportunities.
i certainly dont miss the worthless PL making passive-aggressive threats of increased productivity or the cutesy jokey comments about being positive and inspirational while the team gets smaller due to people quitting or being laid off. Nope dont miss that at all.
