Layoff and previous year bonus

I was let go with March 8 my termination date.
My 2023 AIP is (40%). They gave me only 7%. Sick - isn't ?
Anyone in the same boat ?

I think you’re only not eligible for your bonus if the yearend performance rating was “needs improvement.”

Yeah I doubt that. I’m sure that’s your pro-rated 2024 bonus. That would align with the severance policy.

Is the 7% prorated for 2024 (which you will work less than 25% of 2024) or for 2023?

Sorry you got let go. Based on your AIP of 40% I assume you are grade 17+. How was the severance package?
