There was an interesting question posed in the Fishbowl app. If you aren't aware, Fishbowl is a mobile app by a service that rates companies. Companies can have their own "bowl" space and people can anonymously post frustrations, questions, opinions, etc. Someone asked the following question: "I'm trying to pulse how happy our staff is. How would you rate your overall satisfaction working at Cigna on a scale from 1-10 and why?" Seriously, someone asked that question. If you haven't already, you might want to check out the app, get on the Cigna bowl, and tell them how you rate Cigna and why.

I think it is very telling when Senior Managers display petty behavior. One thing is for a manager to do that, and another for their boss to openly do that.
Now they’re all stressed out trying to justify their existence.
I’ll pass, thanks.
Fishbowl posts do appear in Glassdoor community, but you choose to post under your name, title, or as an anonymous Cigna employee. It doesn't link to your profile. Just don't give details in a post that make it clear what team you're on or specifically tie back to you and you're golden.
Careful with Fishbowl. It’s not so anonymous, plus a lot of corporate watchdogs are monitoring it actively. Also, it’s owned by Glassdoor and links with your Glassdoor account. Does that in similar way like FB and Insta, sometimes resulting with your posts appearing on both platforms without you even realizing it.
Phishbowl, LOL, I crack myself up ;)
If they really want to know how people are feeling they would have run the insight survey but they didn’t since they already know the enps would be in the toilet.
Nice try, but I'll stick to thelayoff. More activity and updates on this platform than fishbowl.
Fishbowl requires you to sign up using a work email. Also, aren't they owned by Glassdoor? Some good reasons not to trust that you are truly anonymous on there.
Thanks for sharing and maybe you can post the results back over here though all one has to do is read through the threads right here on this site and they'll get a good sense of how employees rate Cigna.
