Does Citi tracks your phone call records ? WhatsApp records ?
If so How ? They claim communication medium should be Citi only.

When you were recently on the phone talking for nearly 2 hours, you’ll recall my request to discuss privately that your personal calls shouldn’t be conducted during business hours.

Yes, they track everything including your key strokes your teams messages, everything you actually signed a disclosure, acknowledging that they can this, even though it’s already legal for employers to do this, they have disclosed it to you
Never load any company app on your personal phone. Companies can check your personal apps and can wipe your phone data remotely if needed.
Is Citi in the room with you right now?
Citi would be sued into oblivion if they did. If they tracked your phone records or texts on your personal phone (not company phone), they’d be sued in an amount that would dwarf Jane’s combined salary of the full length of employment with Citi.
I don’t use any Citi apps except Mobile token on my phone.
That is why I never install company communication software on my phone. Only apps for remote logins.
