I am just curious that what exactly does Avaya sell now? The products are outdated and discontinued, and the AXP is just smoke. What is our company selling now i wonder???

It never took a person with a business degree from an Ivy League school to know that the industry was moving to the cloud. Even in pre BK Nortel days, Nortel was smart enough to write X11 to software that was running on IBM back in 2006/2007. Here we are at Avaya still pushing and promoting on premise equipment. The geniuses at Avaya dug the grave Avaya is being buried in today. Complete and utter mismanagement.
Sell entrapment to the clients who can't support a rip & replace
It’s a disservice for any software or manufacturing company sales person to present a product to a customer knowing it’s going EOL.
by saying "We" you must be part of the problem there. If you don't think you can sell what's in your offerings, then maybe it's time for you to find something else to do. Not gaslighting, just making an observation.
