What was the scope today? Do we have any idea?

I just found our Project Managers was let go. This one person was responsible for creating, implementing, and supporting so many operations efficiencies across many teams. Some which I hear were still in progress. There is no one to replace this person, no one who has the same knowledge and access rights to do what is needed. So all of these teams just need to figure it out on our own. It's like tying to play football without a quarterback. What was Cigna thinking? My team waited months and others teams waited years to develop a tool(s) and process that would help our smaller niche teams. We finally got someone to help and we were making good progress adopting a new tool and the one person responsible for creating and managing it was just let go. Disgusting!
Let's not forget that Cigna employees that peruse this website are just a fraction of the total employed at Cigna. We are lucky to get as many bits and pieces as we have (please keep it coming!). Our difficulty/inability to get ny sort of complete information about scope is purposeful.
