Thread regarding Capital One layoffs

How does Capone track us?

Does anyone know what software/solution Capone uses to track our activities on our machines?
Came over from JPM and they used an internal system (WADU) - any dips in productivity or idle time (cause you know, I gotta eat and use the bathroom) were all calculated as unproductive. There was zero transparency on what was tracked there.
I got asked why my productivity wasn’t optimal “at certain times” by a manager. I’ve not missed any deadlines but am now second guessing myself.
I’m worried about it being an excuse for layoffs. Have seen some people get pips>layoff and with the acquisition of Discover - doesn’t look good.
Should I get a mouse jiggler for bathroom breaks or am I being paranoid?

Here's an idea, actually do some work and you won't have to worry about a mouse jiggler

Yes the do have tools that monitor you screens and takes a snapshot. So make sure you have a camera hole blocker installed. Everything you do on the Internet is tracked through their web proxy servers. Turn off your speaker volume when you are not on a zoom, so you conversations can't be heard. Mobile devices are tracked for browsing history and it's best to turn off speaker volume when not in use.
